In addition to building new homes, we also build small, exclusive apartment buildings, small commercial buildings and upmarket group housing developments. We also do all major alterations to existing homes or other commercial buildings. This has proved to be extremely beneficial for the homeowner and a very cost effective construction method. Many of our clients therefore prefer to do repeated business with us. We have built second homes for more than 20 of our clients, third homes for at least 10 clients, and have even built five homes each for two families! This service includes the management of all aspects of the project as well as the appointment, supervision, and management of the architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers, building contractors, interior designers, interior decorators, landscapers and others involved in the project.
