The exciting tastes of international cuisine in a superb interior of our newly opened Brooklyn gastro bar. Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to find. So we created a new line for everyday life, All Year Round. Where we are inspires all that we do here, and for the community at large. We’ve been caring custodians of our land since 1693, and invite you to come and visit us and see for yourself how our farm operates, supports the environment and contributes to a more holistic lifestyle. Everything we do is driven by our philosophy of being honest, honouring our heritage and ensuring that ingenuity perpetually flows from our soils and cellars and straight into the heart of your relationship with us. Verdelho is a white wine grape originating from Madeira an island of Portugal. Fairview Shiraz Sangiovese brings together two hot climate varieties in one beautifully unique blend. A unique combination of two hot climate varieties, this white blend is a beautiful compliment to fresh, seafood based dishes. We want to cut out the middle man, and sell direct to our visitors. Because we are agriculturally-driven farmers, and believe that we should be able to supply our restaurant, deli and customers with as much paddock to plate options as possible. After all, we have all the resources right on our doorstep, and want to be involved in every part of the process. Not too long ago, we wanted to provide the Goatshed Restaurant with farm-fresh eggs for their breakfasts. And our first priority was to ensure they live a great life, just like all our other animals here on the farm. We ensure our hens have plenty of space, and at the moment, they’ve taken to digging little holes in the ground where they rest by day, soaking up the winter sun. Just opposite the chickens, our herd of sheep graze, with our goats and resident ostrich a stone’s throw away for good company. animals, cheese, chickens, eggs, Fairview, farm, free range, happy, milk.
